Talking about why you're an advocate is a great way to get more involved with the important work we do here at the AHA.

So if you're a survivor, caregiver, or just someone with a story to tell about stroke, congenital heart defects, the need for research funding, or how cardiovascular disease has touched your family, we'd love to help you spread your message.

All we need to get started is your photo and what you'd like to share in your own words (don't worry if it's not perfect, we're happy to help craft it with you!)

If you'd like to be a featured, just drop an email to [email protected] and we'll get in touch with you!
