Tobacco Control
We will be urging lawmakers to take action to prevent tobacco and e-cigarette use, including:

• E-cigarette tax increase, making it equal to the tax on traditional cigarettes, and
• $10 million increase in funding for tobacco prevention and cessation programs  

Early Childcare Education Standards
We will also be advocating to ensure equity and quality within early care and education centers.

• Nutrition standards
• Physical activity standards, and
• Screen time standards
