The Wyoming Legislature passed Senate File 88, which ensures that local and regional emergency medical services (EMS) authorities, in collaboration with the Department of Health, develop plans that will help improve health outcomes and survival rates for stroke and heart attack patients. This new law would not have been possible without your support!
