Here are just a few ways you can support National Wear Red Day:
- WEAR YOUR RED, post a picture on social media and encourage your friends to know their risk factors and recognize the signs of a heart attack or stroke.
- Spread awareness at your workplace by posting flyers or lead a group in a heart-healthy exercise.
- Host a red themed get-together with friends and family that includes heart-healthy foods and tips.
Spread the word! Ask your friends and family to show their support and wear red on February 7th. Together- we can raise awareness and save lives!
