We Won't Give Up

Unfortunately, earlier this month, Initiative 185 was voted down after Big Tobacco poured $18 million into our state.

If passed, Initiative 185 would have funded critical programs such as Medicaid and veteran and senior services. This is a major setback in the fight against the number one cause of preventable death in our state, but we ask you to stay involved and invite your friends to do the same as we gear up for the 2019 legislative session. 100,000 people in Montana are now at risk of losing their healthcare, and we need everyone to continue to fight for them. Please reach out to Amanda Cahill at [email protected] if you are interested in advocating.

We are thankful for everyone that helped with calls, distributed yard signs, and talked to their friends, family and neighbors about this important initiative.

We will continue our work to build a healthier Montana. If you have family or friends who were also disappointed with the election results, encourage them to register for You’re the Cure and help us during the next legislative session.
