Now that we have made our New Year’s resolutions, it’s time to start working on them. For many people, their resolution will be to lose weight. Diet foods when used wisely can help in your weight control efforts. The association recommends an overall diet based on whole foods with plenty of fruits and vegetables, high fiber, whole grains, fat free and low-fat dairy and lean proteins such as fish to maintain a healthy body weight.
