The American Heart Association's Support Network is looking for Content Generator volunteers to foster a safe and caring environment for other survivors and caregivers within a specific section of our online Support Network.
Responsibilities will include a one-year commitment to check the site on a daily or every-other-day basis. Volunteers will start conversation threads, post pictures, share American Heart Association science and articles. They will engage with other users and encourage conversations. Volunteers will also assist with the recruitment of new users by sharing Support Network blogs and content on personal social media channels.
We expect volunteers to have a calm and steady approach to posting, while being empathetic to others. Content Generators should have the ability to share experiences without judgment and must agree to not give medical advice. They must also have a willingness to de-escalate situations with difficult users.
