The United States Senate is beginning their work on a new child nutrition bill and are in active discussions that will decide what food our children are served at schools for years to come. Unfortunately, during a recent Senate Agriculture Committee hearing on child nutrition, several senators and one witness made comments opposing science-based nutrition standards. We need your help to ensure they put children first by providing them the healthy foods they need to thrive and make sure that no child goes hungry!

Additionally, the global pandemic has highlighted just how many children in this country are on the edge of food and nutrition insecurity. Including Healthy School Meals for All in the child nutrition bill would ensure that no child falls through the cracks.
