The Hampton Roads Gazeti is a non-profit and publication that is committed to promoting social justice and community service by linking non-profits with each other and those they serve.

“Tamika has been an amazing AHA ambassador and spokesperson for so many years in our region and was even a National Go Red for Women spokesperson a few years back. She has done spoken at numerous local events, on tv, radio, print and is an incredible social media ambassador. We are very lucky to have this inspiring stroke survivor who also happens to be a veteran, in our region. So glad she received this award!” says Teri Arnold, AHA Marketing and Communications Director. Tamika is happy to share her story and give back to AHA so that she may be a force for good in the lives of others.

Thank you, Tamika, for your dedicated work on behalf of the AHA and people everywhere!
