Urge Wisconsin's Elected Leaders to Prioritize Health!

Governor Evers has signed the state budget. Some of the programs you helped us advocate for were funded, but others were not. Thankfully, we have another opportunity--but we need your voice once again!

As you may be aware, Congress passed the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA), providing funding to states and local government to help with the impact of COVID-19 and the economic fallout. Governor Evers and other elected leaders have an opportunity now to invest ARPA funding in three programs that will help create healthier, stronger communities. Tell them to to invest in: healthy food incentives for low-income families; tobacco cessation efforts, primarily focused on youth; and programs to address hypertension, a leading risk factor for COVID-19 and numerous other chronic conditions.

Send your message now! Urge Governor Evers and local elected officials to invest in our healthy future by investing ARPA funding in these important programs that make a difference in the lives of so many Wisconsin families.
