If you're looking for something new to spice up your Thanksgiving table this year, why not try a healthy kids meal recipe created by a Vermont restaurant?

Soup 'n Greens in Barre came up with a very berry stir fry as a way to entice kids last fall to eat something healthy that also looked great. We liked it so much, we asked the Farmhouse Cafe to make it for our Healthy Choices Vermont coalition.

Here's the recipe below. Enjoy and gobble gobble!

VERY BERRY SWEET AND SOUR STIR FRY

Ingredients:
¼ cup of each of the following:
broccoli
cauliflower
mushrooms
peppers
onion
carrots
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
corn starch
water
½ cup cooked brown rice
¼ cup shrimp
