We did it Montana!
After a defeat on the ballot last November we knew going into the 2019 legislative session we had a very important job to do - protect access to healthcare for almost 100,000 Montanans!
We knew it was not going to be easy and that there would be a lot of negotiations but we are excited to share that Montanans can rest a little easier knowing that health care has been protected for nearly 100,000 hard working Montanans. House Bill 658 passed the legislature last week and will be headed to the Governor’s desk any day.
