However, it can also become easy to lack motivation or become overwhelmed by the summer heat when we aren’t paying direct attention to how we can prevent things like heat stroke and exhaustion.

Let's Keep Minnesotans Covered!
We're working to keep access to quality health care coverage for Minnesotans – including low-income families and children, and the disabled. The Health Care Access Fund which is funded by the health care provider tax provides this coverage and we need to protect it!

It's Heart Walk Season
The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association’s premier community event, helping to save lives from heart disease and stroke. More than 300 walks across America raise funds to support valuable health research, education and advocacy programs of the American Heart Association in every state.
