On January 10, 2016, I lost my Mom to heart disease.

There were no signs and no symptoms before it happened, it was just a normal day.  Then that night on her way back to bed, she went down and in a second she was dead.  Heart disease is a silent killer in some cases.  Everyone should get checked, even if you don’t have any symptoms.  Even if heart disease doesn't run in your family, you should get checked.  I wanted to share this with others because in just a split second, my life and the life of everyone in my family was changed forever.  So please, for your sake and your family's sake, get checked.  It is well worth it.
