Members of the Rhode Island Advocacy Committee were hard at work at the American Heart Association's Go Red For Women Luncheon on February 16th. The group spoke with attendees about our efforts to raise the minimum legal sale age for tobacco products to 21 - and our overarching goal to ensure the first tobacco-free generation. The ladies collected petitions that will be delivered to lawmakers at the State House to help demonstrate support.

Many thanks to our amazing advocates: Laurie Stephenson, Tracey Kennedy, Lisa Deck, Miriam Plitt, Michelle Karn and Noereem Mena.
