The labels will give Philadelphians the information they need to prevent or control high blood pressure by requiring chain restaurants with 15 or more locations to post warning labels on menu items and combination meals with 2,300 mg of sodium or more. Local NBC10 produced a special segment featuring AHA’s involvement in the bill and the heart-healthy benefits of cutting back on sodium.
