Dr. Edgar Kenton, stroke neurologist and chair of the stroke task force for the Great Rivers Affiliate of the American Heart Association, explains the importance of the bill, which better helps dispatchers and emergency responders find the right place for stroke patients.

We could not have accomplished this without the hard work and action of our volunteers. Thank you and congratulations for making a difference in the lives of stroke patients in Pennsylvania.
