PA Advocacy Day 2013

Save the Date for PA Advocacy Day:  February 4, 2013

The American Heart Association invites you, your family and friends to join us for our annual Advocacy Day at the State Capitol in Harrisburg.

Advocates from across PA will gather at the State Capitol to celebrate February as American Heart Month and participate in activities that will highlight the importance of heart health awareness.  Participants will meet with their legislators to advocate support for strengthening the Clean Indoor Air law to include NO exemptions, and requiring all newborn babies to be screened for critical congenital heart defects prior to discharge from a hospital or birthing facility.

We'll give you the tools and the resources - all you have to do is show up!
