Only 11 percent of sudden cardiac arrest victims survive...


Two months until session starts in New York State and there is lots of work ahead to help the 360,000 victims of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest each year in the U.S!  Only eleven percent of victims survive...most likely because they don't receive timely CPR. That's why twelve other states now teach students CPR before graduation. What about New York?
