Ohio 2020 Advocacy Day Has Been Postponed

As a science-based organization which cares deeply about the health of our communities, the American Heart Association has been closely following the guidance from the CDC and state and local health officials on the coronavirus (COVID-19). The safety of our guests has been and will continue to be our top priority.

Although Ohio Advocacy Day was scheduled to be a virtual event, because lawmakers and staff will not be at the statehouse to answer calls and because so many of their efforts will be focused on addressing the safety of Ohioans at this time, we have decided to POSTPONE the event.

We would like to thank our incredible team of volunteers who have given so much time and energy to ensure Ohio Advocacy Day is a success. We are sorry we won’t be speaking with you on March 25th, but please be sure to let us know if you have any questions or need additional information at any point in the coming weeks.

We look forward to continuing to work with you to create a healthier Ohio and will be back in touch soon!

Sincerely,

Dustin Holfinger and Melissa Brown
Your AHA Ohio Advocacy Team
