Pre-State Lobby Day training calls: Join us as we come together to chat about the event, what to expect, what issues we'll discuss - and how you, your friends, and family can make a real difference for North Carolinians!
- Choose the date and time best for you:
- Friday, May 29th at 9:30a or Monday, June 1st at 12pm.
- Save your spot HERE.
-
Government Relations office hours: Dial in and "Zoom" with Sarah. This will be a time to ask questions, learn more about an issue, or walk through what to expect!
- Zoom with Sarah on Tuesday, May 26th at 2pm and/or Thursday, May 28th at 4pm.
- Save your spot to join Sarah HERE!
During the event, attendees will engage with other advocates and learn more about the importance of being an advocate, how to do it, and why access to quality and affordable health care is so important for all North Carolinians. The event will beginning at 9am and wrap up by 12:30pm. Don’t worry if you can’t be with us the entire time. There will be a range of time during the day for you to call your lawmakers, so you can easily fit this in your day.
Here is a brief schedule of the day:
- 9a - 9:30a: Welcome Training
- 9:30a - 10a: Special guests, the Value of Advocating
- 10a - 12p: Let's Connect with our Lawmakers!
