Complete Streets make it easy to cross the street, walk to shops, and bicycle to work. Complete Streets are streets for everyone. Pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and public transportation users of all ages and abilities are able to safely move along and across a complete street.

We’re grateful for the support of two Las Cruces council members on the Health Policy Review committee, chairwoman Tessa Abeyta-Stuve and Mayor Pro Tem Kasandra A. Gandara.

The Las Cruces City Council is expected to take up this issue for a vote at one of its meetings in September.
