New Year’s Resolution: Quit Smoking!

 

Most of us this time of year start thinking about New Year’s resolutions. For many smokers, that resolution will be to quit.  Others might resolve to help a friend or family member to stop smoking. There are many resources available to those who want to quit smoking, such as informational brochures, FAQs about quitting smoking, support groups, medications and hotlines. Knowing that someone out there understands and shares your struggle can help you stay committed to being smoke-free. These organizations may offer personalized help or listings of classes and support groups in your community.
