New Year New You?

 

With the start of the New Year we all start thinking about making sure we are exercising more. I know I feel like it is the perfect time to start making sure I am more physical active. We all know the benefits of regular physical activity. It increases your energy, improves your cardiovascular health, reduces the risk of heart disease and stroke, and helps you look and feel better. But 80 percent of Americans don't make exercise a regular habit, and, according to a recent American Heart Association website survey, 14 percent say they don't like exercise. What do you do to make sure that you are getting regular exercise?
