April 5th was the American Heart Association's National Walking Day. We had a great turnout at the City Market which featured a short program and a 20-minute walk along part of the Cultural Trail and through downtown Indy.
The AHA recommends that adults get 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity each week, or 75 minutes of more-intense aerobic activity. For children, the recommendation is 60 minutes per day.
