Meet Danyell Upchurch

After a health scare in late February, Danyell started a daily walking program to improve her health. Her regimen has increased to include 20,000 steps per day.

In addition, she reduced the amount of sugary snacks she was consuming and replaced them with fresh fruits.  The results have been encouraging. Danyell has lost 10 lbs., and her blood pressure has returned to normal.
