We are pleased to announce the American Heart Association’s Wear Red Day at the Capitol on February 2nd in Charleston! This will be a day to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke.
That’s right we are coming together to fight for heart healthy policies in person! From teaching CPR in schools to addressing tobacco use and more, there is much legislators need to hear from the people of West Virginia and we need you.
We’ll start the day at 9a with light breakfast and training, then, you’ll go with a small group of fellow advocates to let your legislators hear why a heart healthy West Virginia is important to you and your community. It’s easy, it’s fun, and you’ll make a difference in helping build a world of longer, healthier lives.
So put on your red and join us February 2nd in Charleston!
We can’t wait to see you there!
