With more than 350,0000 people experiencing cardiac arrests outside of a hospital, including 23,000 children, CPR is a critical skill that kids as young as 9 years old can learn.
Join the Nation of Lifesavers™ and be ready to step up for a loved one, a neighbor, a friend or a co-worker.
Mark your calendar to participate in these American Heart Month activities:
- Nation of Lifesavers™ - Will you be ready to save the life of someone you love? Help us share this goal, learn more and find a CPR class at heart.org/nation.
- National Wear Red Day® is Friday, Feb. 2, and the American Heart Association is asking you to support the Go Red for Women® movement by wearing RED and participating in National Wear Red Day. Visit WearRedDay.org for more information.
- Black History Month: In honor of Black History Month, let's unite to promote heart health equity. Access to CPR and AED training is crucial for every community. Find a class at heart.org/blackhistorymonth.
Thank you for your support during American Heart Month!
