GUEST BLOG: Andre & Abby Talk Broccoli Casserole and Advocacy

Hello – thanks everyone for stopping by! I'm Andre Scott, a youth advocate for the American Heart Association, and I would like to introduce my first crossover vlog with Abigail Davis; a long-time member of You’re the Cure and the AHA Advocacy Team.

Abigail is a very ambitious youth advocate such as myself, who advocates for ending youth tobacco use and serves as a voice for the youth and their family members who encounter heart disease. In this interview, I speak with Abigail Davis about her advocacy with the American Heart Association and the Tobacco Endgame Campaign, and why a call to action is needed for cardiac rehabilitation and child nutrition.

I challenge each of you to join me and get involved with the lifesaving advocacy work of the American Heart Association. Add your voice by simply texting HEART to 46839 right now or CLICK HERE. It only takes a few moments, and you will be a part of a powerful movement to save lives. Already involved? Share this blog with a friend and invite them to join us!
