The Go Red for Women website, www.goreadforwomen.org/healthcare/ , offers a lot of great tools to engage in conversations about family history, risk factors, and preventative measures. With Well-Women Health Guides, Family History Charts, and videos on how to talk with your doctor about your concerns, the website has many resources to provide you with the information you need to know to be well educated about yourself and your health stats.

The Go Red for Women website also offers information on how to make your office Go Red for Wear Red Day on February 2nd, 2018. Flyers, brochures, and other free downloadable materials are just a click away.

If you, your employer, or an organization you belong to would like additional materials please contact your regional American Heart Association office at (701) 658-3044 or email [email protected].

Let's join together in taking care of our hearts this February!
