Take a Walk: Fit Fitness Into Your Busy Fall Schedule

After those hot days of summer, most of us welcome cooler Autumn weather. And what better time than the crisp days of fall to get out and get those steps in?

If you're new to fitness, it's ok to start small. Aim for at least 30 minutes five times each week. Can't spare 30 minutes at once? That's ok too. Break your walks up into 10 or 15 minute increments.
