Dover Youth to Youth has succeeded in getting their city council to consider a local Tobacco 21 policy! Students in Dover worked hard to advocate for a statewide law this year to raise the minimum legal sales age for tobacco products from 18 to 21 years. When the bill failed to pass, these students turned their eyes to their local lawmakers to continue their fight to protect NH youth from tobacco. Dover city councilors will discuss a local ordinance on June 27, 2018.
