Combat Teen Tobacco Use

Did you know that 90% of smokers say they first tried a tobacco product before age 18 and many teens falsely believe new products like e-cigarettes are safe!

We find this unacceptable and we know you do too! That’s why we're thrilled to share that a new bill was introduced in Congress, the Tobacco to 21 Act, which would raise the sales age for tobacco products to 21 years old!

The Tobacco to 21 Act is gaining momentum in the United States House of Representatives, but if we want this bill to become law, we need to take action now! More and more teens are using tobacco, potentially starting a life-long addiction that will lead serious health risks like heart disease and stroke.

Will you help combat youth tobacco use by urging your U.S. Representative to cosponsor the Tobacco to 21 Act?
