Quality Physical Education is an essential building block for our children's lifelong health, wellness, and educational success. Research has shown that regular moderate to vigorous physical activity within quality PE not only boosts academic achievement, but also helps students achieve higher fitness levels, reduces health risks associated with unhealthy weight, and contributes to mental wellness.
