The 2022 Colorado Session is winding down, and we need your help to end the sale of all flavored tobacco products in our state before time runs out.
House Bill 1064 (HB 1064), which would end the sale of all flavored tobacco products, cleared the Health & Insurance Committee, as well as the Finance Committee, but it has yet to be scheduled for a hearing in the Appropriations Committee. The bill needs to clear this committee and be voted on by the full House before it goes to the Senate for consideration.
The bill would end the sale of all flavored tobacco products that target Colorado youth and disproportionately impact communities of color.
It is critical our state representatives hear how flavored nicotine and tobacco products are hooking Colorado kids and keeping adults addicted. We need them to do the right thing and end the sale of these addictive products.
