Vaping has become mainstream, and the use of e-cigarettes and other vaping devices has become an epidemic among Idaho teens: a 2017 youth risk assessment done by the State Board of Education found that nearly 41% of Idaho high-school students are using vaping products.  And contrary to popular belief, nicotine vapor is not just water; dozens of chemicals have been identified in nicotine vapor, including formaldehydecadmium, and lead.
