Two celebrities or historical figures you would want to have dinner with (living or not) and why? Tory Burch because not only do I love her designs, but she helps the economic empowerment of women through her philanthropy and campaigns. The second is Warren Buffet because I think he's the most brilliant investor.
Favorite AHA event and why? My favorite AHA event this year has been the Heart Walk because it allowed us to be active while informing participants of the policy issues we were working on.
Why is advocating with the American Heart Association important to you? Advocating for the American Heart Association is special to me because my dad is a heart survivor. I believe there are many preventative measures that could be done more thoroughly by healthcare professionals and ourselves. AHA helps emphasize a variety of measures to help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and stroke.
