"Too many Hoosier women are dying shortly after giving birth. A few years ago, I was almost one of them," shares Jessica Nickloy, American Heart Association volunteer (Indy Star, March 5, 2022).

What does this important legislation do? House Bill 1140 extends Medicaid coverage for Indiana's new moms from 60-days to one full year post-delivery, ensuring new moms have continuous, uninterrupted access to care to address their ongoing health needs.

THANK YOU for being a voice for a healthier Hoosier State!
