60+ Texas Cities Are Now Smoke-Free!

Thanks to the dedication, passion, and energy of advocates like you, there are now over 60 cities in Texas that have comprehensive smoke-free ordinances on the books!

Every victory signals another healthier Texas city where employees no longer have to choose between their health and a paycheck, and we think that’s reason to celebrate! 

But we still have a long way to go in protecting all Texans. Together, we will continue to fight for the right of every Texan to breathe smoke-free air while at work.

Check out the map below to see the 60 cities in Texas that are now smoke-free! (*Note: Just last week we added two more to this list not reflected in the map below- congratulations to San Juan, Prairie View, and Mercedes for bringing us up to 63 cities!)
